The minimum order is ₹1,000, prepaid, across any mix of designs. Cash on delivery is not available.

Samples and single-piece orders are not offered. A first order at the ₹1,000 minimum serves as your sample, and designs can be mixed freely to reach it.

New designs are added twice a week. Popular lines are restocked, but a restock of any individual design is not guaranteed. Bulk repeats can be arranged on WhatsApp.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM IST are dispatched the same business day, subject to payment confirmation and stock; later orders are dispatched the next business day. There is no dispatch on Sundays, and dispatch can take slightly longer during festivals and peak sale periods.

Domestic delivery is ₹150 for orders up to ₹5,000, plus ₹150 for each additional ₹5,000 or part of it (for example, ₹450 on a ₹12,000 order). Parcels travel by air with DTDC, Tirupati Courier or India Post, depending on your pin code, and arrive in 3–5 working days after dispatch.

International shipping is ₹2,000 per kg, charged at checkout as ₹2,000 for every ₹7,000 of order value; delivery takes 7–12 working days after dispatch. Duties, taxes and import fees are payable by the buyer on arrival.

If anything arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery and send a continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened, recorded from before the tape is cut.

Photos alone are not sufficient. The video establishes the condition on arrival, which allows a genuine claim to be settled quickly and without back-and-forth. The 24-hour deadline and the video do not apply to a parcel you have not received, and a defect that could not be seen on opening can be reported when you find it. Full terms: Refund policy.
