Ordering

₹1,000 on the cart total, roughly $12 or €10. It is a minimum on the whole order, not on each design or each piece, so you can mix necklaces, earrings, kadas, rings and accessories freely until the total reaches ₹1,000. Orders are prepaid at checkout; we do not offer cash on delivery.

No. ₹1,000 is the sample. A first order at the minimum puts roughly 6 to 8 different designs in your hands, which tells you more about finish, weight and colour than one sample piece would, and all of it is stock you can sell. Every design is shown in detail on its product page, and those images are free for you to reuse.

Resellers. Most of our buyers are boutique owners, Instagram and WhatsApp sellers, gift shops and small retailers across India, plus a growing number of overseas resellers. You do not need a trade licence to order; any order of ₹1,000 or more is accepted at the wholesale prices shown on the site.

Add designs to your cart on www.qimati.in and pay online at checkout. For stock checks or help building an order on WhatsApp, message our automated ordering assistant on +91 93588 59059. To reach a person, call or WhatsApp +91 97990 43748 or email info@qimati.in.

Most designs are priced between ₹75 and ₹300 per piece, and the typical piece is around ₹140. Earrings and anklets sit at the lower end, necklaces and kadas in the middle, and watches, Indian pendant sets and statement pieces higher. Every price on the site is the wholesale price; there is no separate trade list.

Twice a week. New designs are listed in the New Arrivals collection, and selected lines are restocked on the same schedule. Designs sell out quickly, so a sold-out design is not guaranteed to return. If you need a repeat quantity of a specific design, contact the team directly and we will tell you what can be arranged.

Yes, through direct contact. Larger repeat quantities of a design are arranged with the team on +91 97990 43748 or info@qimati.in rather than through the website, because the stock shown online is what is physically available in Jaipur that day. Tell us the design number and quantity and we will confirm timing and price.

Yes. Every image on the site is free for resellers to reuse, with no conditions and no credit required. Download them from the product page and use them in your catalogue, Instagram posts, WhatsApp broadcasts or marketplace listings.

Materials and care

Three: 316L stainless steel, 304 stainless steel and brass. Each listing states its material, and the 316L and 304 collections are sorted by grade so you can stock one or both. Gold-tone pieces carry an 18kt gold-colour PVD finish; the colour is a PVD coating over the metal, not solid gold.

It means the gold colour is applied by PVD, a vacuum process that bonds the colour to the metal, so it resists tarnishing far better than standard electroplated jewellery. It is not a waterproof or lifetime guarantee. With basic care the colour holds up well in regular wear; see the Jewellery Care Tips page.

The grade. 316L is the higher grade, the alloy used for watch cases and body jewellery, with better corrosion resistance. 304 is the everyday grade, durable with basic care and priced a little lower. Both carry the same 18kt gold-colour PVD finish, so the look is identical and the designs are different.

No. Take pieces off before swimming, bathing or exercise, keep perfume, lotion and cleaning chemicals away, and wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear. Stainless steel itself does not rust in normal use, but the colour finish lasts longer when it is kept dry and clean.

No. The gold tone is an 18kt gold-colour PVD finish over stainless steel or brass. We never describe it as 18kt gold, and we ask resellers not to either: sell it as gold-tone, anti-tarnish fashion jewellery, which is what it is.

316L stainless steel is the alloy used for watch cases and body jewellery and wears comfortably against skin for most people, which is why it is the usual choice for sensitive-skin customers. Nose pins are brass, not steel. We do not make medical claims; if a customer has a known metal allergy, suggest the 316L range and a short trial.

Every design is shown in detail on its product page, and those images are free for you to reuse. What you receive is the listed design in the listed material. If a parcel arrives with a design or finish that does not match the listing, report it within 24 hours with your unboxing video and it is reviewed under the claims process.

Dispatch, delivery and claims

Orders paid before 4:30 PM IST are dispatched the same business day, domestic and international alike; orders after that go the next business day. We do not dispatch on Sundays. Dispatch depends on payment confirmation and stock availability, and your tracking number is shared once the parcel leaves.

₹150 for orders up to ₹5,000, plus ₹150 for each additional ₹5,000 or part of it, so a ₹12,000 order costs ₹450. Parcels go by air through DTDC, Tirupati Courier or India Post depending on your pin code and usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Yes. International orders take about 7 to 12 working days after dispatch. Shipping is ₹2,000 per kg, charged as ₹2,000 for every ₹7,000 of order value, because roughly ₹7,000 of jewellery weighs about a kilogram. Duties, taxes and import fees are paid by the buyer on arrival. Prices show in your local currency for reference; checkout charges in Indian rupees.

No. All orders are prepaid online at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery or payment on receipt for any order size, in India or abroad. Prepaid orders are what make same-business-day dispatch possible: once your payment is confirmed, packing starts, and the tracking number follows when the parcel leaves.

Report it within 24 hours of delivery to info@qimati.in or +91 97990 43748 with your order number and a continuous, unedited unboxing video that starts before the tape is cut and shows the label, the sealed parcel, the opening and all contents. Photos alone are not enough. The rule protects honest buyers: with a clear video, a verified claim gets a replacement, refund or an agreed credit.

No. Wholesale stock is sold for resale, and we do not take change-of-mind returns or exchanges for ordering mistakes. Claims cover damage, shortages and incorrect items at delivery under the refund policy. The safest approach is to start at the ₹1,000 minimum, see which designs move for your customers, and reorder those.
