a. Wrong Item: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

b. Defective or Damaged Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

2. Exclusions

a. Change of Mind: We do not accept exchanges for change-of-mind or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

b. Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.

3. Exchange Process

b. Provide Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) in question.

c. Approval: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility for an exchange. If approved, we will provide instructions for the return of the item.

d. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for your protection.

e. Exchange: Once we receive the item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you. If the item is no longer available, we may offer an alternative or issue a store credit International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
