1. Order Processing

a. Same-Day Processing

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (IST) are processed on the same day
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day

b. Working Hours

  • Order processing is done between 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST) on business days

c. Custom Orders

  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time
  • Timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation

2. Order Hold / Changes

  • If you want to hold, modify, or cancel your order, you must contact us:
    • Within 30 minutes of placing the order
    • During working hours (11 AM – 7 PM IST)

After this, orders are processed and cannot be changed.


3. Shipping Method

  • We provide Fast Shipping Only across India
  • We do not offer standard or slow delivery options

4. Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier operations, and unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Charges

  • 150 Rs/Kg 

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Destination
    • Order value
    • Shipping method
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • Any additional charges

6. Order Tracking

a. Tracking Updates

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp

b. Tracking Issues

If you face any issues, contact us and we’ll assist you.


7. Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers

8. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs (international orders)

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once marked “Delivered”, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Please ensure a secure delivery location

10. Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailable

👉 Re-shipping will require additional charges
