Frequently Asked Questions

₹1,000 for the order total — roughly €10 or $12. It is a minimum on the cart, not on each design and not on each piece, so you can mix necklaces, earrings, kada, rings and accessories freely until the total reaches ₹1,000.

New designs land twice a week, and each launch comes with restocks of lines that are selling. That means the page you are looking at is genuinely different from the one you saw a fortnight ago — it is not the same catalogue reshuffled. If you reorder regularly, start here: it is the fastest way to see what has arrived since your last order.

Everything, weighted to necklaces — earrings, bracelets, chains, anklets, rings and accessories all land here too. Prices run ₹40 to ₹750 with the middle around ₹140. Every design here also sits in its own category; this page is a filter on time, not a separate range.

New Arrivals if you reorder regularly; the category pages if you are building a first shelf. Everything here also sits in its own category — this page is a filter on time, not a separate range. Its job is to show you what has landed since your last order without scrolling through fifteen category pages.

No samples and no single-piece orders — ₹1,000 is the sample. A first order at the minimum puts roughly 6–8 different designs in your hands, which tells you more about finish, weight and colour than one sample piece would, and all of it is stock you can sell rather than a fee you never get back. Every design is shown in detail on its product page, and those images are free for you to reuse.

It means a PVD colour finish that resists tarnishing far better than standard electroplated jewellery. The colour is vacuum-bonded to the metal rather than dipped on, which is why it holds up where cheap plating goes dull. Care is simple: take pieces off before swimming or bathing, keep perfume and lotion away, and wipe after wear.

316L stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, and brass. Every product page names the metal for that piece, and the mix changes by category — necklaces and rings are mostly steel, nose pins are brass, hand chains are all 304, and earrings are a genuine mix of steel and brass.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM IST are dispatched the same business day; orders after that go the next business day. We do not dispatch on Sundays. Domestic delivery is ₹150 for orders up to ₹5,000, with another ₹150 for each additional ₹5,000 or part of it — so a ₹12,000 order costs ₹450. International orders ship at ₹2,000 for every ₹7,000 of order value and arrive in 7–12 working days after dispatch; duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer on arrival.

Yes — free, and without conditions. Every image on every product page is yours to use in your own shop, Instagram, WhatsApp catalogue or marketplace listing, under your own brand name. You do not need to credit us and you do not need to ask first. For a new reseller that removes a photoshoot from the startup cost entirely: the only thing you have to pay for is stock.

Often not, and we would rather tell you that than promise otherwise. Designs move fast — that is the flip side of a catalogue that keeps adding new ones. Restocks happen about twice a week and only on lines with proven demand, so treat what is in front of you as what is available now. If you need a specific design again in quantity, message us on WhatsApp: committed bulk repeats we can arrange.

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and send an unedited box-opening video. The recording has to run continuously from the sealed parcel and shipping label through to the item in question — photos on their own are not enough, and a claim after 24 hours or without the video cannot be reviewed. Once we verify it we replace the item, issue a credit note or refund it. Film every parcel you open; it takes a minute.
