The minimum order is ₹1,000, prepaid, across any mix of designs. Cash on delivery is not available.

Samples and single-piece orders are not offered. A first order at the ₹1,000 minimum serves as your sample, and designs can be mixed freely to reach it.

New designs are added twice a week. Popular lines are restocked, but a restock of any individual design is not guaranteed. Bulk repeats can be arranged on WhatsApp.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM IST are dispatched the same business day; later orders are dispatched the next business day. There is no dispatch on Sundays.

Domestic delivery is ₹150 for orders up to ₹5,000, plus ₹150 for each additional ₹5,000 (for example, ₹450 on a ₹12,000 order). Parcels travel by air with DTDC, Tirupati Courier or India Post, depending on your pin code.

International orders arrive in 7–15 business days. Duties, taxes and import fees are payable by the buyer on arrival.

If anything arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery and send a continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened, recorded from before the tape is cut.

Photos alone are not sufficient. The video establishes the condition on arrival, which allows a genuine claim to be settled quickly and without back-and-forth. Claims without this video cannot be accepted.
